Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd seeks an SAP SFEC PMGM Consultant with 8+ years’ experience to join a 4‑month contract, extendable, remote from India. You will lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC and PMGM implementations and collaborate with global clients in HR transformations.

Key skills include EC/PMGM, business rules, MDF/Foundation objects, and data migrations. Certification preferred; strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC) and PMGM.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, and RBP.
• Knowledge of performance appraisal processes, goal management, competency frameworks, and talent management.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and data migration activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or PMGM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects for SuccessFactors EC and PMGM.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and maintain Employee Central components including Organizational Management, Position Management, Job Information, Workflows, Business Rules, Foundation Objects, and MDF Objects.
• Configure and support Goal Management including goal plans, goal alignment, cascaded goals, competencies, and development objectives.
• Configure and manage Performance Management processes including performance forms, route maps, calibration support, ratings, and competency assessments.
• Design and implement performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and employee evaluation processes.
• Manage role-based permissions (RBP), workflows, and data security requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).

• Knowledge of performance appraisal processes, goal management, competency frameworks, and talent management.
