Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is hiring a SAP SuccessFactors EC, Learning, Succession & Career Development Planning Consultant for our India-based remote team. The role requires 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience across EC, LMS, S&D and CDP, with hands-on expertise and global implementation exposure.

You will work with stakeholders across client engagements, drive data migrations, and support LMS integrations while adhering to best practices in Talent Management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 6+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience with EC, LMS, S&D, and CDP.
• Strong hands-on experience in EC.
• Experience implementing and supporting LMS.
• Expertise in S&D and CDP.
• Knowledge of Talent Management processes and best practices.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, and RBPs.
• Experience in SuccessFactors integrations and data migration activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC, LMS, or Talent modules preferred.
• Experience in global implementations and support projects is highly desirable.

Contract Period: 4 months, extendable

Shift : 6.30 am to 3.30 pm IST

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 6+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong hands‑on expertise in Employee Central (EC), Learning Management System (LMS), Succession & Development (S&D), and Career Development Planning (CDP).
• Strong hands‑on experience in Employee Central (EC).
• Experience implementing and supporting Learning Management System (LMS).
• Expertise in Succession & Development and Career Development Planning.
• Knowledge of Talent Management processes and best practices.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Experience in SuccessFactors integrations and data migration activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC, LMS, or Talent modules preferred.
• Experience in global implementations and support projects is highly desirable.
