Job summary

T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a seasoned SAP Security Consultant (m/f/d) with 6–9 years of hands-on SAP Security and Compliance experience. You will design and manage SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security, perform SoD analysis, and support IT SOX audits across enterprise landscapes.

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure secure role design and access governance while aligning with security standards and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Compliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Security.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Security.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
• Experience with IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance audits.
• Expertise in role design, authorization concepts, and user access management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP environments.
• Manage user administration activities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and role assignments.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and troubleshooting of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori Security.
• Perform SoD analysis, risk assessment, and access risk remediation using SAP GRC Access Control.
• Assist with IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance audits with audit evidence and documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve authorization issues.
• Support security governance, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Participate in security reviews, access certification activities, and periodic user access audits.
