Job summary

Linde Engineering is seeking a highly motivated SAP Contract Management Inhouse Consultant to strengthen our systems and processes organization. You will support SAP SD, Contract Management, and S/4HANA initiatives across the group, partnering with commercial teams to ensure data-driven decision making.

The role combines business process expertise with SAP SD and related technical know-how, aiming for standardization, transparency, and successful global rollouts of digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience supporting contract management or SAP SD.
• Proven track record implementing and supporting SAP SD and SAP integrations.
• Experience in Contract Lifecycle, Commercial Management, or Contract Administration processes.
• Experience in EPC/industrial projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and customize SAP SD processes with focus on SD and integration.
• Develop and improve contract management processes and governance.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
• Serve as business partner for commercial and contract requirements.
• Coordinate requirements between business stakeholders and IT.
• Support global SAP S/4HANA transformations and rollouts.
• Maintain interfaces between SAP SD, FI/CO, PS, DMS, Salesforce and others.
• Organize user training and provide expert project support.

We are looking for a highly motivated

About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated SAP Contract Management Inhouse Consultant to strengthen our Systems and Processes organization. In this role, you will support the implementation, optimization, and continuous development of SAP Sales and Distribution and Contract Management processes across the organization.
You will act as a trusted partner to our Contract Management and other Commercial teams, helping to ensure transparency, standardization, and data-driven decision-making throughout all project phases. The role combines business process expertise, SAP Sales & Distribution and other related technical know how, commercial overall knowledge & methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse and customize SAP related processes with the focus on SD (but also system integration)


• Develop and improve contract management processes, related tools, and governance standards


• Design and help maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions


• Act as the business partner for commercial and contract-related process requirements


• Coordinate requirements between business stakeholders and IT teams


• Supporting further global SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout activities


• Supporting interfaces between SAP SD, FI/CO, Project Systems, Document Management, Salesforce and other Contract Management solutions


• Organize user training and provide expert support to project teams

Your Profile

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

Professional Experience

• 3 years+ experience in (supporting) Contract Management and / or Sales Departments as well as SAP SD


• Proven track record in implementing and supporting SAP SD (and the SAP integration)


• Experience with Contract Lifecycle, Commercial Management, or Contract Administration processes


• Experience in EPC, industrial, engineering, construction, or plant projects is advantageous

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• SAP SD configuration and customizing knowledge


• Optional: other SAP S/4HANA Tools like “Service”


• Optional: Datasphere & SAC knowledge


• Preferred: SAP ABAP knowledge / understanding


• Experience in business process analysis and solution design


• Experience supporting international project organizations and global rollouts


• Knowledge of digitalization and process automation initiatives is beneficial
