Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an SAP SD Architect to lead design, development, and deployment of SAP Sales and Distribution on S/4HANA. You will drive settlement management, pricing, billing, and credit management while coordinating with MM, APO, WM, and FI teams.

You will mentor teams, craft technical documents, review designs, and ensure successful delivery and knowledge transfer to maintenance. Strong client facing skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3 full SAP SD lifecycle implementations on S/4HANA or ECC with 3+ support projects.
• Expertise in sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, APO, WM, and FI modules.
• Proficiency with APIs, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and IDOCs.
• Strong design, documentation, and Agile project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD architecture design and deployment.
• Develop Functional Design Specs and Deployment Documentation.
• Perform design and code reviews and provide improvement recommendations.
• Mentor and manage the project team and upskilling opportunities.

Role Overview

• As an SAP SD Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution solutions in S/4HANA


• Your expertise in Settlement Management, Pricing, Sales Scenarios, and related SAP SD functionalities will ensure optimized business processes and seamless project delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Technical LeadershipAct as a single point of contact for SAP SD build and deployment activities


• Develop technical documents, including Functional Design Specifications and Deployment Documentation


• Perform design reviews, peer code reviews, and provide recommendations for improvement


• Mentor and manage a team, setting clear goals and ensuring upskilling opportunities


• Solution Design & DeliveryAnalyze business requirements and design scalable SAP SD solutions


• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA SD modules, focusing on sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management


• Address integration requirements with MM, APO, WM, and FI modules


• Ensure successful delivery and transition of SAP solutions to maintenance teams

• Core Functionalities: Sales order processing, credit management, pricing, taxation, billing, and consignment process

Technical Proficiency:

• Experience with APIs, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and IDOCs


• Integration knowledge with legacy systems, FIORI, and cloud platforms


• Proficiency in RICEFW enhancements


• Specialized Knowledge: CVI, aATP, Settlement Management, International Trade, and SD LO (Shipping)
