Job summary

Infosys in India seeks an SAP MDG consultant with 5+ years of experience to lead MDG configurations for Material, Customer, Supplier and FI objects. You will work with cross-functional teams to blueprint, configure, migrate data and go live.

You will implement MDG workflows, BRF+, WDABAP, and UI customizations, participate in solution design, pilot runs and client demonstrations to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in SAP MDG projects: MDG configurations, customizations (data modeling, UI modeling, process modeling, data replication framework, key mapping, rules, derivations, BRF+).
• Expertise in SAP MDG configurations, replication configurations; knowledge of MDG workflows and ERP tables.
• Full lifecycle implementation: blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers and go-live.
• Hands-on customization for MDG workflows, Floor Plan Manager, WDABAP, BRF+, ABAP development.
• WDABAP framework-based customizations, OOPs in MDG, FPM and UI customizations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to complete SAP MDG implementations for Material, Customer, Supplier and FI objects.

• Develop proposals and contribute to solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Configure the product per design, conduct conference room pilots and resolve requirements queries.
• Demonstrate solutions, conduct POC workshops and prepare effort estimates.
• Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives with focus on high-quality value.
• Develop value-creating strategies to enable client innovation, growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to complete MDG implementations across objects.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.
