Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree required.
• 5-7 years of work experience in SAP SD or related modules.
• Exposure to SAP SD within CPQ, CRM/C4C, or BRIM is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement to deliver high-quality SAP SD consulting solutions from problem definition to deployment.
• Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze client solutions for risks and issues.
• Identify change management needs and propose structured client communications approaches.
• Coach team members, provide SME training, and drive high performance through feedback.
• Contribute to unit- and organization-wide initiatives while adhering to Infosys processes.

Responsibilities

• A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• End-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C): inquiry -> quotation -> sales order -> delivery -> PGI -> billing -> credit management.
• Configuration in: sales areas, document types/item categories/schedule lines, copy controls, partner determination, output determination.
• Exposure to SAP SD in CPQ, SAP CRM/C4C, or SAP BRIM.
• Knowledge of Global Trade, Serial/Batch management, and Export/Import compliance.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution (SD) or S/4HANA Sales.
