Job summary

Entrac Petroleum is seeking an experienced SAP Lead to manage the MM, PM, and WM modules. You will drive end-to-end SAP delivery, collaborate with business units, and provide technical leadership to ensure best practices and timely enhancements across a global client base.

The role requires 10–15 years of SAP experience, strong project management, and a track record of leading medium SAP teams within enterprise environments. SAP S/4HANA expertise is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of SAP experience focusing on MM, PM, and WM modules.
• Proven track record of leading a medium SAP team.
• Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, configuration, and integration across modules.
• Strong project management experience delivering complex deliverables on time and within budget.
• Experience managing SAP teams with functional and technical resources.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across global stakeholders.
• Experience in large enterprise or captive IT environment preferred.
• SAP certifications in MM, PM, WM advantageous.

• Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of SAP processes to meet evolving business needs.
• Oversee integration with other business systems and third-party applications.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of overall SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP MM, PM, and WM modules.
• Proven track record of leading medium SAP team.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, configuration, and integration across various modules.
• Strong project management experience with a history of delivering complex deliverables on time and within budget.
• Experience managing and leading SAP teams, with a focus on SAP functional and technical resources.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with business leaders and technical teams across the globe.
• Experience working in a large enterprise or captive IT environment is preferred.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules (MM, PM, WM) will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Familiarity with complex highly integrated SAP landscapes.
• Experience with business process re-engineering and change management.
