Job summary

Sopra Steria seeks an SAP S/4HANA Senior Technical Lead to drive Clean Core architecture and SAP BTP integration in large SAP programs across cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

You will lead end-to-end technical design, integration strategy, and governance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions with a zero-modification approach.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of total experience with 3+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
• SAP S/4HANA 2023+ with Greenfield/Brownfield, Conversion, RISE with SAP and Cloud deployment models.
• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for S/4HANA and RISE with SAP on multiple landscapes (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Drive zero-modification/Clean Core extensibility using SAP BTP, RAP, CAP, SAP Build, and SAP Extension Suite.
• Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData, SAP Graph, Event Mesh.
• Provide technical leadership across RAP, CDS Views, ABAP on HANA, and OData-based forms while ensuring governance.
• Lead design reviews, estimations, architecture docs, risk assessments, and scalable SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for S/4HANA and RISE with SAP programs.
• Lead integration patterns using APIs, OData, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Drive zero-modification, Clean Core extensibility across landscapes.

• 8–10 years of total experience, with 3+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, or transformation projects and proven Technical Architect/Lead experience in large-scale SAP programs.
• SAP S/4HANA 2023+, Greenfield/Brownfield, Conversion, RISE with SAP, Clean Core Architecture, SAP HANA, and Public/Private Cloud deployment models.
• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for S/4HANA and RISE with SAP programs, including landscapes on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Drive zero-modification/Clean Core extensibility using SAP BTP, RAP, CAP, SAP Build, and SAP Extension Suite.
• Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData, SAP Graph, Event Mesh, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Provide technical leadership across RAP, CDS Views, ABAP on HANA, OData-based Adobe Forms, APIs, while establishing ABAP development standards, ATC compliance, code quality, performance optimization, and technical governance.
• Lead technical design reviews, solution estimations, architecture documentation, risk assessments, and ensure scalable, future-ready SAP solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with functional, infrastructure, security, and integration teams, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

B.Tech/MCA with Minimum 8 to 10 years of SAP technical experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
