Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a SAP Public Cloud Professional Services & Project Systems Consultant with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud in Public Cloud and SAP SD/PS modules.

You will design business processes, write functional specs, and coordinate with client teams. Strong communication and client-facing skills with SLA management are essential. The role involves L2/L3 support, production support, and cross-functional integration.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of Functional experience in SAP Professional Services & Sales and Distribution.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Cloud).
• Experience in revenue recognition, project management, resource management.
• Time Recording in Professional Service projects; Revenue Recognition; Project Billing; WIP; Project Reporting.
• Experience in SAP SD configuration: Sales document types, pricing procedures, taxation.
• Integration of SAP PS with 3rd party time tracking like Replicon.
• Production support and ticket handling; SLA understanding.

Responsibilities

• Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery.
• Writing Functional Specification documents and related artefacts.
• Client facing lead role and coordination with business teams.
• L2/L3 helpdesk support and developments in SAP Professional Services.
• Hyper-care involvement and production support tasks as required.
• Provide post go-live support and daily status reports.
• Assist with inter-company billing and cross-functional integration.
