Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a qualified SAP Accounts Payable specialist to manage end-to-end invoice processing. You will create PRs in SAP, validate invoices, and approve or correct them within SAP, following AP and CP procedures.

Additionally, you will chase vendors for timely invoices, resolve invoice discrepancies, and track historical data for LoS reporting, contributing to accurate financial controls and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Managing invoices entails creating PRs in SAP and validating invoices.
• Approving, rejecting, or correcting invoices in SAP per processes.
• Adhering to AP and CP procedures and tracking OA numbers.

Responsibilities

• Creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP.
• Obtaining and validating Invoices for accuracy.
• Approving / Rejecting / Correcting Invoices in SAP.
• Following AP and CP processes, identifying OA numbers, and following up on POs and SES.
• Chasing vendors for timely invoices and correcting invoice amounts or budgets.
• Tracking invoice history for LoS reporting.
