Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior Associate for a SAP SD techno-functional analyst role within the advisory practice. You will install, configure, administer, develop, and support SAP SD solutions, while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize processes.

The role requires 3+ years in SAP SD, exposure to MM/FI integration, ABAP debugging, IDOC and ALE, and strong communication. Certification and enterprise experience are preferred. PwC offers growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience in SAP SD (Sd certification preferred).
• Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders and related SD processes understood.
• Strong integration knowledge with MM and FI modules.
• Experience with EDI, IDOC, REST APIs and external system integrations.
• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring SAP, writing specs, testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of incident and problem management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Ø Provide expertise in assisting business and end users for day to day operations primarily in SAP SD and front end technologies Ø Good understanding of Business and process analysis Ø Liaising with stakeholders from Engineering, customer support teams and other cross functional teams Ø Quality Assurance & Documentation Ø Flexibility to work on new areas as needed Ø Working Knowledge of SAP ABAP / Debugging is must Ø Working knowledge of Reports, Module Pool, Sap Scripts, Forms, ALV Reports, ALE/IDOC, service gateway / integrations, BADIs, BAPI's, SAP Queries, Object Oriented programming Ø Understanding of release and change management processMandatory skill sets:At least 3+ years of IT experience in SAP SD (Sd certification preferred) Ø Should be well versed with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Return, Consignment Contract, Scheduling Agreements, Credit Debit Memo requests, Rush Orders Cash Sales, Back Orders etc. Ø Good understanding of the integration with MM and FI module and have good exposure to SAP MM &SAP FI ØKnowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP external systems(EDI), IDOC’s, rest API’s. Ø Experience of operating in a large enterprise landscape spanning SAP, middleware and other systems. ØExperience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, knowledge article creation. ØRequires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ø Excellent communication and problem solving (troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring tools, queries) skills. Ø Identify issue patterns and drive continuous improvement ideas to resolve them. ØDesirable working with Service now, JIRA.
