Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs, including application development, data engineering, and modernization initiatives. Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project/Program Management.

• Strong experience in vendor management, vendor consolidation, service transition, and managed services delivery.
• Experience handling multi-million-dollar programs, resource planning, and financial governance.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with client leadership and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor consolidation initiatives to optimize costs and streamline operations.
• Develop transition plans for migration of services, applications, and teams from incumbent vendors.
• Manage knowledge transfer and stabilization phases; establish transition governance.
• Ensure continuity of business operations during transitions; drive post-transition improvements.
• Act as interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Conduct steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and governance forums.
• Provide regular status reports, executive dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Provide technical oversight for solution design, architecture reviews, and production support governance.
• Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
