Job summary

YASH Technologies is actively seeking a Lead Consultant for S/4HANA SD in Public Cloud to drive core SD configurations and O2C processes from Hyderabad. The role demands 8–10 years of SD experience and strong communication with global clients.

You will work with SSCUIs, Fiori apps, and preconfigured best practices to map business requirements to SAP standards, collaborate across SD–FI, SD–MM, and SD–PP modules, and contribute to data migration and reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementations.
• Minimum 8-10 yrs. of Relevant Experience in SD.
• Should have good communication skills.
• SAP SD expertise and understand client’s business environment mapped to SAP S/4HANA.
• Should be able to provide solutions on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead SD business process mapping for O2C in S/4HANA Cloud.
• Configure SSCUIs-based settings and Fiori apps.
• Coordinate SD–FI/SD–MM/SD–PP integrations with clients.
• Support data migration and reporting using SAC.
• Engage in customer workshops and best practices.
• Deliver implementation milestones across regions.

• Fiori Apps: Strong hands-on with apps like “Create Sales Orders,” “Manage Customer Returns,” “Monitor Sales Performance.”
• Extensibility: Familiarity with in-app extensibility for custom fields, forms, and flexible workflows.
• Best Practices Activation: Using SAP preconfigured scope items (e.g., BD9 – Sell from Stock).

• Experience with Data Migration Cockpit for customers, sales orders, and pricing conditions.
• Fiori-based reports for sales performance, delivery monitoring.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for O2C dashboards (revenue, DSO, backlog).

6. Soft Skills

• Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of sales policies, order handling, logistics, and credit control.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with sales leads, customer service, finance, and logistics teams.
• Change Management: Guiding users from legacy ERPs or manual systems to SAP best practices.
• Analytical Mindset: Mapping KPIs (DSO, on-time delivery, sales pipeline) into SAP reporting.

Candidate should be comfortable to work on international time zones and odd working hours

Should work independently and help other team members as needed

Work with teams to develop testing scope, identify and manage risks within project management processes and standards

Participate in daily team meetings to update and track the status and progress of tasks.

Work closely with other module consultants and work closely on the Integration challenges

Knowledge on timesheet and cost booking using timesheet is added advantage

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction

SAP S/4HANA SD Certification . Graduate Engineer from a reputed college/ institution.Exposure IS-Mill solution will be advantage
