Job summary

CARBYNETECH in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation initiatives. You will oversee rollout, migration, and transformation projects, coordinate across SAP teams and vendors, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP project experience, strong knowledge of MM/SD/FICO/ABAP, and proven stakeholder management with leadership teams. Excellent communication and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation project experience.
• Hands-on or strong functional/technical knowledge of at least one SAP module (MM/SD/FICO/ABAP).
• Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments.
• Experience managing SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations or transformations.
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle and governance.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, risks & budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management with business users, SAP teams, vendors and leadership.
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall / hybrid SAP project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years Strong experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Must have hands-on or strong functional/technical understanding of at least one SAP module, such as: SAP MM SAP SD SAP FICO SAP ABAP Good understanding of SAP HANA and the S/4HANA environment.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP project life cycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with business users, SAP functional/technical teams, vendors and leadership.
• Experience working in Agile / Waterfall / hybrid SAP project methodologies.
• Should be able to understand technical and functional discussions and effectively coordinate across SAP teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
