Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced SAP PPQM consultant for enterprise-scale IT operations. The role focuses on configuring and supporting QM module with integration to MM, IM, EWM, and SD, along with ABAP hands-on tasks.

You will work with global teams, engage in incident resolution, batch determination, and change-management processes, and deliver end-to-end procurement and commercial flows.

Qualifications

• SAP QM module knowledge with configuration and business understanding.
• Extensive QM processes and integration with MM, IM, EWM and SD.
• End-to-end knowledge of procurement and commercial flows.
• Experience with batch determination and serial management.
• Idoc error handling and AIF error resolution familiarity.
• Strong client-facing, leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in incident management tools and global teams.
• Hands-on SAP ABAP experience and non-SAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions to CLIENT requirements and manage production systems.
• Autonomously handle tasks and respond timely to stakeholders.
• Design and deliver high-quality configurations and development as needed.
• Coordinate with process owners to drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
• Plan and manage projects within your scope.
• Assess customer needs and determine appropriate actions.

We are looking for experienced SAP PPQM who are passionate about building and managing enterprise-scale IT Operations Management solutions. If you have expertise inExtensive knowledge of sales & Distirbution sub-modules along with integration with SAP MM, TM, GTS and FI module.

Experience Required - 5 to 13 Years

Job Requirements*

• SAP Technical, Configuration, and Business knowledge in QM module
• Extensive knowledge of QM processes along with integration with SAP MM, IM, EWM and SD module.
• End to end Process knowledge related to SAP commercial and procurement flows.
• Good Knowledge in batch determination and serial management
• Should have knowledge in error handling of Idocs and data file. Knowledge in addressing AIF error hands-on.
• Good client facing skills Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with experience working in global teams.
• Exposure to Incident management tools and terminologies
• Hands on experience of SAP ABAP
• Understand integrations with non-SAP applications
• Understanding of change management process
• Exposure to S/4 HANA
