Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is conducting a walk-in interview for SAP PP QM professionals with 6–8 years of IT experience. The role focuses on end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PP & QM implementations, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support, including data migration and end-user training.

Candidates with BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc/MS or BSc/BCA with relevant experience and full-time education are encouraged to apply for the Pune opening.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Regular 15 years education, BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc/MS with min 5 years IT exp post-qualification.
• BSc/BCA graduates with min 5.5 years IT exp post-qualification.
• Only full-time courses considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PP & QM implementations and enhancements: blueprint, configuration, testing, go-live, hypercare, post-production support.
• Conduct fit-gap workshops, gather requirements, document and design solution blueprint.
• Configure PP (MRP, planning strategies, production orders, capacity planning) and QM (inspection plans, inspection lots, quality notifications) with MM/SD/PM/MES integrations.
• Design and maintain variant configuration models for discrete/process industries for dynamic product customization.
• Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with developers to implement enhancements, reports, interfaces.
• Execute unit/integration/UAT testing, support defect triage and resolution.
• Develop and deliver end-user training, manuals, and knowledge transfer.
• Assist data migration (LSMW), cutover activities, go-live and post-go-live hyper-care.
• Provide Tier 2/3 production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Uphold SAP best practices, suggest process improvements, governance and quality delivery standards.
