Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is currently seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to join our India-based delivery team.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience with 1–2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects, plus the ability to review as-is processes and design to-be business processes. You will lead blueprint sessions, configure SAP S/4HANA PP/QM components (Production Planning, Scheduling, Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management), and support end-user training, data

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1–2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices.
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA components including Production Planning, Scheduling, Orchestration and Execution, QM (documentation).
• Support business users in end-user training.
• Support data extraction, transformation and cleansing of DTS objects.
• Create and manage SAP project tracks: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support.
• Create functional specifications for development objects and guide the development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprint workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Configure SAP PP/QM in SAP S/4HANA and ensure integration with related modules.
• Support training and change readiness for business users.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts such as requirements, test plans, and cutover strategies.

Required:

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation)
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
