Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking a SAP PPQM Consultant in India to drive end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations and support. The role requires hands-on configuration of Production Planning, Production Scheduling, and Quality Management within SAP S/4HANA, plus workshops and training for business users.

The candidate will review current processes, design future-state solutions, and create detailed specifications for development teams, ensuring successful project delivery and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1–2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review as-is processes and design to-be processes for SAP.
• Lead SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops with stakeholders.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA PP, QM modules including related components.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage SAP project tracks: blueprint, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy.
• Develop functional specifications for interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports and forms.
• Guide development teams during implementation and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
• Assist in data extraction, transformation and cleansing activities as required.

Job Description:

Role : SAP PPQM Consultant

Experience : 5+yrs Relevant with SAP PPQM

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days

Required:

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation)
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
