Job summary

GyanSys is seeking an SAP PP/QM Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience to implement and support SAP PP/QM in an S/4HANA environment. The role focuses on reviewing current processes, designing to-be workflows, and leading blueprint sessions.

You will configure Production Planning, Scheduling, Orchestration, and Quality Management while training users and guiding development of required programs. The candidate will manage project tracks, perform gap analyses, design end-to-end processes,

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1 or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
• Configure and maintain SAP S/4 HANA components including Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management (including documentation)
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM design sessions and blueprint workshops with business users.
• Configure PP/QM areas in SAP S/4HANA and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Support end-user training and knowledge transfer post go-live.
• Draft and validate functional specs for interfaces, conversions and reports.
