Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking an SAP PPQM Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in PP and QM modules. You will participate in end-to-end implementations, blueprint workshops, and production planning, scheduling, and quality management on SAP S/4HANA.

The role involves analyzing current processes, designing to-be solutions, configuring modules, and supporting end-user training and project deliverables from requirements to go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1-2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices; lead blueprint workshops.
• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA components including Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Quality Management.
• Create functional specifications for development objects and guide the development in the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops; drive end-to-end implementation activities.
• Configure PP/QM modules on SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
• Create and document requirements, test cases, and cutover plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.

Job Description:

Role : SAP PPQM Consultant

Experience : 5+yrs Relevant with SAP PPQM

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days

Required:

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation)
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
