Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking an SAP PPQM Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience to lead PP/QM implementations and support activities. The role covers SAP S/4HANA PP/QM modules, blueprint workshops, and end-user training, with an emphasis on delivering best-practice processes across manufacturing environments.

Immediate to 30 days notice is preferred. The position involves design, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance to support digital transformation initiatives for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1–2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices.
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA components including Production Planning, Scheduling, Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management.
• Support business users in delivery of end user training.
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects.
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training.

Responsibilities

• Create functional specifications for application development objects and guide development within the team.
• Provide overall maintenance and support for SAP PP/QM solutions.

Required:

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation)
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
