Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze requirements for production planning and quality management.
• Configure Demand Management, MRP, BOM, work centers, routing, and capacity planning.
• Configure QM: Quality Planning, Inspection, audits, and notifications.
• Integrate PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-production support and SLA-compliant issue resolution.
• Prepare functional specs and mentor junior consultants.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in manufacturing processes, production planning, quality inspection, process optimization, and SAP S/4HANA implementations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and quality management.
• Configure and support SAP PP functionalities including:
• Demand Management
• Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
• Production Orders
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Work Centers & Routing
• Capacity Planning
• Configure and support SAP QM processes including:
• Quality Planning
• Quality Inspection
• Inspection Lots
• Quality Notifications
• Vendor Quality Management
• Audit Management
• Integrate SAP PP/QM with SAP MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI modules.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and support project governance activities.
