Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Lead to drive functionally rich implementations for manufacturing and quality management. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of hands-on SAP PP/QM consulting experience and a proven track record across 2–3 end-to-end SAP projects.

Location options include Pune and Bangalore, with exposure to global delivery environments and strong stakeholder management capabilities expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP PP/QM functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing and quality management business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM functionalities and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, production execution, quality inspection, and batch management.
• Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, and WM/EWM modules.
• Understanding of manufacturing industry standards and quality compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in global delivery environments.
