Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP PLM consultant in Mumbai to lead recipe management and specification projects. You will architect and implement migration of recipe and specification objects, harmonize data models, and manage access control and change processes across SAP RD and DMS integrations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration, testing, and user training across migration and hyper-care phases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP PLM experience with strong expertise in Recipe Management (SAP R/3-RM).
• Deep understanding of specification management, output management, labeling, and compliance processes.
• Migration of Recipe & Specification Objects expertise.
• Data model harmonization, access control, and change management in PLM.
• Familiarity with SAP DMS and integration with external systems (Regulatory, ERP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, esp. performance tuning and impact analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct fit-gap analysis between legacy and target solution capabilities.
• Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, enhancement development, and interface design.
• Configure SAP RD solution including specifications, recipes, label management, and output management.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during migration and hyper care phases.
