Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a SAP PLM Senior Analyst in Hyderabad to lead SAP PLM implementations and provide project management expertise in collaboration with the business.

The role involves understanding customer challenges, developing business process flows, and ensuring end-to-end integration with other IT areas. The candidate should have 5-7 years of SAP PLM experience in manufacturing contexts, and be capable of configuring Recipe Development, Specification Management, DMS, and SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
• 5-7 years of SAP PLM support/implementation for Process and/or Discrete Manufacturing businesses.
• Experience configuring Recipe Development, Specification Management, Document Management (DMS), and SAP workflow basics.
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-view on various technologies.
• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
• Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
• Developing functional specifications.

• Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation of IT projects.
• Completes requirements identification and fit gap analysis.
• Develop and/or approve team’s functional specifications.

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field
• The selected candidate should have at least 5-7 years of successful support and/or implementation of SAP PLM functionality for Process and/or Discrete Manufacturing businesses
• Proven experience in configuring and implementing Recipe Development, Specification Management, Document Management (DMS) Basic understanding of SAP workflow capabilities.
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
