Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) IAE unit is seeking an SAP PLM Consultant with 4+ years of experience to drive SN PLM RD, Spec Management and Label Management initiatives. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge in SAP PLM, including recipe development for chemical/pharma/CPG industries.

The role involves working with SME’s, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and deploy them across complex value chains.

Qualifications

• Must have full project implementation experience of at least 5 SAP PLM projects focusing on Recipe Development, Specification Management or Label Management.
• Experience integrating SAP PLM with EH&S systems.
• Expertise in PLM concepts like BOM, DMS, ECM and Classification.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with SMEs and Product Owners.
• Design and deploy SAP PLM solutions including RD/Spec Management.
• Coordinate integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Required Technical Skill Set

- Candidate should have good Functional Knowledge in SAP PLM – Recipe development for Chemical/Pharma/Consumer packaged goods industry

Must-Have

• Full project implementation experience of at least 5 SAP PLM projects specifically in the areas of Recipe Development (RD), Specification Management or Label Management.
• SAP PLM integration with EH&S
• Expertise in PLM concepts like BOM, DMS, ECM and Classification
• Experience in configuring all aspects of Recipe Development or Specification Management.
• Cross-functional knowledge of Integration between SAP and Non-SAP systems

Good-to-Have

• Expertise in PP-PI, MM, QM also helpful.
• Experience in Application Management Support process like Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
• Strong analytical, problem solving & conceptual skills.
• Onsite working experience preferably in CPG industry
• Work directly with clients /stakeholders like SME’s, Product Owners in requirement gathering, solution design and solution deployment.
