Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP PLM experience with focus on Recipe Management.
• Expertise in specification, output management, labeling and compliance processes.
• Migration of Recipe and Specification Objects experiences.
• Data model harmonization, access control and change management in PLM.
• Familiarity with SAP DMS and integration with external systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, performance tuning, impact analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fit-gap analysis between legacy and target PLM capabilities.
• Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, enhancements, and interface design.
• Configure SAP RD solution including specifications, recipes, label management, and output management.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during migration and hyper care phases.

• 7+ years of SAP PLM experience with strong expertise in Recipe Management (SAP R/3-RM)
• Deep understanding of specification management, output management, labeling, and compliance processes.
• Must have expertise in Migration of Recipe & Specification Objects
• Experience with data model harmonization, access control, and change management in PLM.
• Familiarity with SAP DMS, and integration with external systems (e.g., Regulatory, ERP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in performance tuning and enhancement impact analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
