Job summary

Infosys seeks SAP PP/QM consultant with 2+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM within the manufacturing sector. You will engage across problem definition, diagnosis, and solution deployment to deliver value for diverse clients.

You will coordinate with ABAP teams, write functional specs, test new features, and support SAP PP-QM integration with third-party tools, while guiding teams and ensuring quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Implementation and Support Projects with deep knowledge of Master Data, BOMs, Work centers/Resources, Routings/Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan and Catalogues.
• Experience in Material Requirement Planning, MRP configuration, integration with Procurement, SD, and new strategy definition.
• Production Order Execution including order confirmation, goods issue/receipt and backflushing.
• Quality Management across procurement, production, in-process inspection, calibration and sales; writing Functional Specifications and coordinating with ABAP, testing new functionalities and SAP PP-QM integrations with third-party tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement efforts delivering high-quality consulting solutions from problem definition to solution deployment.
• Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze client solutions to identify risks.
• Define change management requirements and propose structured client-facing approaches.
• Coach teams, provide SME training, and foster high performance.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives adhering to Infosys processes.

• Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centers/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups

• Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing
