Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an senior SAP PM consultant with 9+ years of experience in implementation and support projects. You will work on Master Data, Notification Management, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, and third-party tool integrations.

You will lead consulting engagements, review proposals, identify risks, and drive change management with clients. The role requires coordination with ABAP teams and FS testing, offering opportunities across India locations as

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of SAP PM areas: Master Data, Notification Management, PM, and Maintenance Order Management.
• Experience with integration of SAP PM with third-party tools and ABAP coordination.
• Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS) and testing enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages—from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• Review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• Identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• Coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for focus areas, motivate and recognize high performance.
• Be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey.

• Must have minimum 9+ years of relevant experience with good analytical skill having experience in Implementation and Support projects
• In-depth knowledge in below mentioned areas –
• Master Data: - Functional Location, Equipment Master, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc.
• Notification Management: - Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order
• Preventive Maintenance: -Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring
• Maintenance Order Management: - Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance
• Should have worked on Status Management in Notification and Maintenance Order. Must have experience in SAP PM integration with third party tool
