Job summary

White Force Outsourcing Services seeks an SAP data entry professional to manage daily SAP transactions across inventory, production, stores, and dispatch. You will create PRs/POs/GRNs/GIs and conduct stock transfers, while ensuring accuracy of material master and inventory records.

Responsibilities include production confirmations, stock monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with Stores, Production, Purchase, PPC, Quality, Accounts and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP transactions for inventory, production, stores, and logistics.

• Perform daily SAP transactions for inventory, production, stores, purchase and dispatch.
• Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Goods Issue (GI) and stock-transfer transactions.
• Maintain accurate material master, stock and inventory records.
• Enter production confirmations and material consumption in SAP.
• Monitor SAP stock and reconcile it with physical inventory.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly SAP reports.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Purchase, PPC, Quality, Accounts and Logistics teams.
• Verify supporting documents before making SAP entries.
• Identify and resolve basic SAP transaction errors and coordinate with IT/SAP support when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and timely transactions
