Job summary

SupportFinity is seeking an SAP Operator to generate Purchase Requisitions in SAP from PMT inputs. You will ensure correct codes, cost centers, project numbers, quantities, and delivery dates, while following procurement policies.

You will coordinate with PMT, maintain documentation, and assist in converting PRs to POs, reporting PR status and solving SAP issues with IT support. Strong SAP/MM and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree required, preferably in commerce or engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in SAP MM module or procurement operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP based on inputs from PMT.
• Ensure accuracy of material/service codes, cost centers, project codes, quantities, specs, and delivery dates.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails; liaison with procurement team to convert PRs to POs.
