The SAP Executive will be responsible for managing SAP-related data entry, transaction processing, documentation, and coordination across business functions in a pharmaceutical organization. This requires strong system knowledge, accuracy, reporting skills, and understanding of operational workflows. The candidate will support departments by maintaining correct SAP records, resolving user-level issues, generating reports, and ensuring smooth system-based business transactions within defined timelines and compliance standards.

• Perform SAP transactions accurately as per company procedures and departmental requirements.
• Maintain master data, transaction records, and system entries with complete accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchase, finance, quality, and supply chain teams for SAP-related activities.
• Generate SAP reports, MIS summaries, stock reports, and transaction updates for management review.
• Verify data accuracy before posting entries related to materials, inventory, purchase, sales, or production.
• Support users in resolving basic SAP transaction issues and process-related queries.
• Ensure timely updating of material movement, batch details, stock status, and operational records.
• Monitor pending entries, open transactions, and system mismatches for timely closure.
• Maintain documentation related to SAP records, approvals, and business transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities by providing accurate SAP data and reports.
• Coordinate with IT or SAP support teams for system errors, access issues, and configuration-related concerns.
• Follow company SOPs, data integrity practices, and internal control requirements.
• Assist in process improvement by identifying SAP workflow gaps and reporting delays.
• Maintain confidentiality of business data, reports, and system access credentials.
• Provide regular updates to reporting managers on SAP activities, issues, and pending tasks.
