Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in ticket handling / support environment.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for SAP MM issues and service requests.
• Handle tickets within defined SLAs.
• Assist in procurement processes including PR, PO, GR, and IV.
• Support Material Master and Vendor Master data.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to L2/L3 teams when required.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, WM).
• Assist in testing, documentation, and user training.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day SAP MM operations.
