Job summary

Squirrel Softech Services Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad seeks an SAP MM specialist to provide L2 support, analyze incidents, and resolve tickets within SLAs while handling end-to-end procurement processes.

You will configure inventory management, MRP, batch management, subcontracting, and related master data; coordinate with cross-functional teams for MM-FICO, MM-SD, MM-PP issues; conduct RCA, support CRs, testing, UAT, and produce specs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 level support for SAP MM module — analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents/tickets within defined SLAs
• Handle end-to-end procurement processes: Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification (MIRO)
• Configure and support Inventory Management, MRP, Batch Management, Subcontracting, Consignment, Stock Transfer, and Third-Party processes
• Manage Master Data issues related to Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Info Records, Source Lists
• Work on Release Strategies, Pricing Procedures, Account Determination (OBYC), Movement Types
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for MM-FICO, MM-SD, MM-PP, MM-QM integration issues
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose permanent fixes
• Support Change Requests (CRs) — analyze impact, configure, test, and deploy
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and SOPs
• Coordinate with technical team for enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and IDocs/interfaces
• Provide end-user training and documentation support
• Ensure adherence to ITIL process for incident, problem, and change management
• Work with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy/SolMan) for issue tracking
