Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
• Hands-on with system testing, BAT/UAT, and data migration validation.
• Experience working in cross-functional Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and map processes.
• Review and test user stories, support development teams, and ensure quality.
• Participate in data migration validation and test data creation.
• Assist customers in selecting optimal processes and driving process improvements.

Job Description

Should-Have Experience

1. 6+ years as a SAP MM Techno functional experience.
2. Should have worked in SAP S/4 HANA (Must).
3. Willing to perform as techno functional.
4. Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate business needs into clear user stories & acceptance criteria.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
7. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
8. Basic SQL/data validation skills and familiarity with test management tools.
9. Hands-on experience in system testing, BAT, UAT, data migration validation, and test data creation.
10. Proven track record of reviewing and testing user stories and supporting development teams.
11. Experience working in cross-functional Scrum teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
12. Exposure to process improvement initiatives and helping customers select optimal processes.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
