Job summary

Soprasteria1 in Noida is seeking an experienced professional to drive requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation in SAP S4 HANA environments.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, coupled with strong analytical and testing capabilities across BAT/UAT and data migration validation. Noida-based, BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and SAP MM in S4 HANA environment.
• Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate business needs into clear user stories & acceptance criteria.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
• Basic SQL/data validation skills and familiarity with test management tools.
• Hands-on experience in system testing, BAT, UAT, data migration validation, and test data creation.
• Proven track record of reviewing and testing user stories and supporting development teams.
• Experience working in cross-functional Scrum teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives and helping customers select optimal processes.
