Job summary

Visionet Systems Inc. in Bengaluru, India is seeking a SAP MM/SCM support professional to handle procurement processes, master data, and integration issues across SAP MM/SCM and Ariba/Concur, with on-call capacity.

You will collaborate with SAP technical and retained infrastructure teams, provide production validation, testing, and incident resolution.

Strong communication and willingness to work IST/EST aligned shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.
• Willingness to work in the IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business users, Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
• Ability to create and maintain runbooks, KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
• Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
• Ability to distinguish active SCM support from APO best-effort/retention support.
• Experience during supply-chain business peaks and cross-functional incidents.
