Job summary

UST seeks an SAP APO specialist with 3+ years of AMS/Support or rollout experience. You will handle planning processes, master data issues, and APO job monitoring, including CIF integration with ECC/S4HANA. Strong communication is essential for customer-facing interactions.

You will collaborate on forecasting validation, planning book maintenance, and knowledge sharing, leveraging ServiceNow/ITSM for incident management within a busy AMS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP APO experience in AMS/Support or rollout projects.
• 2+ years hands-on SAP APO support experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities.
• Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, Planning Book maintenance.
• Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring.
• Expertise in CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.
• Understanding of customized business processes/templates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in handling incidents through ServiceNow/ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP APO planning support and issue resolution.
• Monitor forecast validation, planning run, and APO jobs.
• Resolve CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.
