Capgemini in Pune, India is seeking an experienced SAP MM S/4HANA Lead to design, implement, and support SAP MM solutions. You will own P2P, inventory management, and integrations with other SAP modules, aligning with business processes and SAP best practices.

You will lead migrations from ECC to S/4HANA, mentor juniors, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP MM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and invoice verification.
• Experience leading teams and client/stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Own endtoend P2P and inventory management processes.
• Drive configuration, solution design, and process optimization.

The SAP MM S/4HANA Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Materials Management solutions on the S/4HANA platform. The role focuses on ProcuretoPay (P2P), inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules while ensuring alignment with business processes and SAP best practices.
