Job summary

Flemingo Duty Free Shop in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced SAP MM Consultant to lead the MM module efforts in SAP S/4HANA. You will implement, configure, test and support MM processes, including P2P, inventory management, goods receipt and invoice verification, collaborating with business users to translate requirements into SAP solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, deep MM knowledge, and exposure to SD, WM and TM integrations.

Qualifications

• 34 years of relevant experience as an SAP MM Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM functional processes and configuration.
• Cross-functional knowledge/exposure to SAP SD, WM and TM.
• Good understanding of procurement, inventory and logistics processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, support or rollout projects.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP MM implementation, configuration, testing and ongoing support in SAP S/4HANA.
• Handle core MM processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), purchasing, inventory management, goods receipt, goods issue and invoice verification.
• Understand and work on material master, vendor/business partner master, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs and source determination.
• Provide functional support and resolve SAP MM user issues, incidents and service requests.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support integration of MM with SD, WM and TM, particularly in procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics processes.
• Participate in UAT, functional testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user guides where required.
• Support data migration, master-data validation and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with technical/ABAP teams for development, interfaces, reports and integrations.
• Assist in SAP S/4HANA upgrades, enhancements and process improvements.
• Provide user training and support during new process/system rollouts.
