Job summary

Brace Infotech Private Limited is seeking an SAP MM/S4 Hana Consultant to implement, configure, support, and maintain SAP Materials Management processes in Hyderabad, India.

The candidate will manage procure-to-pay, material master data, and integration with FI, SD, and PP modules, along with testing, documentation, and user training.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in SAP MM/S/4HANA implementations or support.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and material master data, with integration to FI, SD and PP modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP MM functionalities, including purchasing, inventory management, and material valuation.
• Manage procure-to-pay (P2P) processes from requisition to vendor payment integration.
• Create and maintain material master, vendor/business partner master, and purchasing information records.
• Configure purchasing documents such as requisitions, orders, contracts, and scheduling agreements.
• Handle goods receipt (GR), goods issue (GI), stock transfers, and physical inventory processes.
• Work with pricing procedures, release strategies, and approval workflows.
• Support LIV and invoice verification.
• Troubleshoot SAP MM issues and provide production support.
• Prepare functional specs and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements and reports.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Coordinate with business users and cross-functional teams to resolve process issues.

• Support invoice verification using Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV).
• Troubleshoot SAP MM issues and provide production support.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
