VOLKSWAGEN GROUP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Pune, India is seeking a Senior SAP MM Consultant with 4-6 years of experience to support SAP S/4HANA MM implementation, rollout, enhancement and AMS activities.

You will work on Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management and integration with other modules, while guiding ABAP teams for enhancements and executing testing, cutover and Hypercare through Go-Live.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in SAP MM on S/4HANA.
• Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Master and Valuation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable SAP MM solutions using standard functionality.
• Configure and support MM processes: P2P, PR/PO, RFQ, Source Determination, Info Records, Vendor/Business Partner management.
• Support integration between MM and SD, FI, EWM, PP, QM and TM.
• Prepare functional specs and guide ABAP/development teams for enhancements.
• Support testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and defect resolution.
• Participate in cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare and post-Go-Live stabilization.
• Prepare process flows, configuration documents, test scenarios and training materials.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and standard S/4HANA adoption.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP MM Consultant with 4-5 years of experience to support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS activities. The candidate should have strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Purchasing, Material Master, and S/4HANA integration with other business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MM solutions using standard SAP functionality wherever possible.
• Configure and support key MM processes, including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order Management
  • RFQ and Quotation Management
  • Source Determination
  • Purchase Info Records and Source Lists
  • Vendor/Business Partner Management
  • Goods Receipt and Goods Issue
  • Inventory Management
  • Stock Transfers and Transfer Postings
  • Physical Inventory

  • Material Valuation and Account Determination
• Support S/4HANA-specific MM functionality and business process transformation.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and service requests, including root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Work closely with business users, key users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.
• Support integration between MM, SD, FI, EWM, PP, QM and TM.
• Prepare functional specifications and provide guidance to ABAP/development teams for enhancements and custom developments.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT and defect resolution.
• Participate in cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare and post-Go-Live stabilization activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scenarios, and training/knowledge-transfer materials.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and increased adoption of standard S/4HANA functionality.

Rollout & Implementation Experience

• Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project.
• Hands-on experience across requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Ability to independently own MM workstreams or functional areas within a rollout.
• Experience working with global business teams and distributed delivery teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM on S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Good knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Master and Valuation.
