Job summary

Fujitsu India is seeking an experienced SAP MDM Functional Consultant to drive master data migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA across multiple locations (Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad). The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Data Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and BDC/BAPI uploads.

You will collab with business teams, map data, and ensure accurate data migration for FICO/MM/WM/SD/PP/QM/EHS modules, leveraging SAP HANA and ECC-to-S4HANA

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data migration using SAP data services (BODS) into S4HANA implementation and support projects.
• Strong experience in SAP Data migration cockpit and knowledge on SAP Data Services (BODS).
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex business data and propose best-practice solutions.
• SAP Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business to map SAP ECC master data to S4HANA.
• Migrate master data of SAP modules FICO, MM, WM, SD, PP, QM, EHS into S4HANA from SAP ECC.
• SAP Data migration cockpit hands-on experience in SAP HANA is required.
• Handle SAP Data migration cockpit error handling and resolutions.
• Map ECC master data to S4HANA migration objects.
• Data migration projects using SAP Data Services (BODS) with SAP HANA DB.
• Design and execute LSMW for data upload.
• Execute BDC/BAPI custom upload programs for data upload.
• Conduct testing and user acceptance to ensure data accuracy.

Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP MDM Consultant with SAP S/4HANA master data migration experience with strong technical and functional expertise in executing and delivering a complex migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The candidate will be responsible for data migration to SAP S/4HANA Target System from a current SAP ECC system to ensure a seamless transition, while providing expert guidance and support to master data team and clients throughout business mapping, build of solutions using SAP Data Services, SAP Data Migration Cockpit, testing and cutover activities of their journey to SAP S/4HANA.

Top 3 Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Data migration cockpit in S/4HANA including SAP Data migration cockpit error resolutions
• Mapping data migration object for upload, Knowledge on SAP tables, views required for data extraction and mapping
• Create/execute LSMW for data migration

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, conduct mapping sessions with business and map the existing SAP ECC master data to S4HANA

• Collaborate with business users to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement solutions to meet project objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration using SAP data services (BODS) into S4HANA implementation and support project experience.
• Strong experience in SAP Data migration cockpit and knowledge on SAP Data services (BODS).
• Strong analytical Skills to analyze complex business data, identify potential issues, business challenges, recommend and develop solutions implementing with Best practices.
• SAP Certification is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences including the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes domain expertise.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge in data migration of SAP modules of FICO, MM, WM, SD, PP, QM, EHS into S4HANA from SAP ECC is a plus.
• Knowledge of master data required for each SAP functional area and SAP cross functional knowledge
• Understanding and working knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and potential integration scenarios using MDG.
