Qualifications

• Experience in SAP MDG implementation and support projects.
• MDG Data Models, Change Requests, BRF+ and workflows.
• MDG-M/MDG-S/MDG-C governance experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes and integration.
• Experience with Data Replication Framework (DRF), SOA Services, and ALE/IDoc integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data governance processes, workflows, validation rules, and approval mechanisms.
• Configure Data Models, Change Request Types, BRF+, and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide MDG-based solutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration, master data transformation, and data quality initiatives.
• Perform master data consolidation, data replication, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Conduct testing, defect resolution, user training, and production support activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance compliance, and adherence to SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions across business domains.
• Implement and enhance SAP MDG for Customer, Vendor, Material, Business Partner, and Financial master data.
• Develop and maintain data governance processes, workflows, validation rules, and approval mechanisms.
• Configure Data Models, Change Request Types, Business Rules Framework Plus (BRF+), and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide MDG-based solutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration, master data transformation, and data quality initiatives.
• Perform master data consolidation, data replication, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP MDG implementation and support projects.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP MDG Data Models, Change Requests, Workflows, and BRF+.
• Experience in MDG-M (Material), MDG-S (Supplier), MDG-C (Customer), and Business Partner governance.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes and integration.
• Experience with Data Replication Framework (DRF), SOA Services, and ALE/IDoc integrations.
• Understanding of SAP Data Quality Management and Master Data Consolidation.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP, Fiori, and workflow customization is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

5 to 15 years of overall IT experience

Relevant experience in SAP MDG

Experience in Implementation, Support, Upgrade, Rollout, or Transformation Projects

SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance experience preferred
