Job summary

Inflexion is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM/Sourcing & Procurement Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support end-to-end sourcing and purchasing processes.

You will implement MM modules, manage procurement configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across implementation, rollout, and support engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years hands-on SAP MM / Sourcing & Procurement experience, including implementation and support.
• Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations is preferred.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM implementation lifecycle: requirements, fit-gap, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post‑go live support.
• Configure end-to-end procurement processes: PR, RFQ, quotation management, PO, contracts, scheduling agreements, source determination, and approvals.
• Configure purchasing doc types, number ranges, orgs, groups, account assignment, item categories, release strategies, workflow, and pricing procedures.
• Configure source determination: source lists, quota arrangements, info records, outline agreements, supplier selection.
• Configure and support Inventory Management: goods receipt/issue, stock transfers, transfers, inventory, stock adjustments.
• Support Special Procurement (subcontracting, consignment, STO, intercompany procurement).
• Configure LIV, including invoice posting, credit memos, GR/IR, blocks, discrepancy resolution.
• Manage Material Master and Purchasing Info Records; maintain master data.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM/Sourcing & Procurement Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Materials Management, Sourcing & Procurement, Inventory Management, and end‑to‑end purchasing processes.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and configuring SAP S/4HANA solutions, implementing procurement processes, and providing functional support across implementation, rollout, and support engagements.

• End-to-End Implementation: Participate in the complete SAP S/4HANA MM implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
• Sourcing & Procurement: Configure and support end‑to‑end procurement processes, including PR, RFQ, quotation management, PO, contracts, scheduling agreements, source determination, and purchasing approvals.
• Purchasing Configuration: Configure purchasing document types, number ranges, purchasing organizations, purchasing groups, account assignment categories, item categories, release strategies, Flexible Workflow, and pricing procedures.
• Source Determination: Configure and support source lists, quota arrangements, purchasing info records, outline agreements, and supplier selection processes.
• Inventory Management: Configure and support goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, transfer postings, physical inventory, stock adjustments, and special stock processes.
• Special Procurement: Support Subcontracting, Consignment, Pipeline Procurement, Third‑Party Procurement, Stock Transport Orders (STO), and intercompany/intracompany procurement processes.
• Invoice Verification: Configure and support Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV), including invoice posting, credit memos, GR/IR reconciliation, invoice blocks, and discrepancy resolution.
• Master Data Management: Manage and support Material Master, Business Partner/Supplier Master, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, and other procurement‑related master data.
• Pricing & Account Determination: Configure purchasing pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, schema determination, automatic account determination, and valuation settings.
• S/4HANA & Integration: Support SAP S/4HANA procurement functionalities, including Business Partner integration, Fiori applications, Flexible Workflow, and integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and PS.
• Functional Specifications & Testing: Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows. Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT, defect resolution, and validation.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare functional and configuration documents, test scripts, user manuals, and provide training to key users and business users.
• Application Support: Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, manage incidents within agreed SLAs, and recommend process improvements.
• Project & Client Coordination: Coordinate with business stakeholders, onsite/offshore teams, ABAP developers, and technical consultants. Support implementation, rollout, upgrade, and pre‑sales activities as required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of hands‑on SAP MM / Sourcing & Procurement experience, including implementation and support exposure. Experience in at least two full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM configuration, implementation, and support.
• S/4HANA Functional Knowledge: Understanding of SAP Fiori applications, Business Partner integration, and Flexible Workflow.
• Project Methodology: Experience with SAP Activate, functional testing, UAT, cutover, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SAP Solution Manager or equivalent tools, basic ABAP debugging, and functional troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, business users, and technical teams.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client locations based on project requirements.

Nice to Have:

• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification.
• Experience with SAP Ariba integration (Sourcing, Buying and Invoicing, or Business Network) is an advantage.
• Exposure to Central Procurement and procurement automation.
