Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to oversee end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and ongoing support in a large, regulated environment. The role collaborates with Corporate Finance, MIS, and other business functions to align SAP solutions with business needs.

The ideal candidate has strong finance domain knowledge, experience with SAP FICO in ECC and S/4HANA, and proven project-management and stakeholder coordination skills. This is an on-site Mumbai position.

Qualifications

• Commerce or finance graduate with relevant SAP FICO exposure.
• SAP FICO implementation experience is required, ECC and S/4HANA knowledge preferred.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and documentation of processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective SAP FICO solutions.
• Plan and implement SAP FICO projects based on end-user requirements.
• Manage vendor resources for back-end SAP support and project execution.
• Prepare and communicate end-user training guides in SAP FICO for users.
• Ensure SAP processes and systems documentation is up to date.
• Plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing; create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
• Design, configure, and integrate FICO with other SAP modules.

Manager - SAP FICOJob Description JOB OVERVIEW: In a large and growing organization like ours, SAP ERP is not the only integrated application, there are other applications such as Hyperion (Business Consolidation), and PF Applications. These applications are integrated with SAP for various business requirements. We need an experienced SAP FICO consultant who has experience in Hyperion will be an added advantage. KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL Corporate Finance and MIS, Business Finance, SCM, Marketing, GBSS, Procurement, HR KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL Auditors REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to General Manager - SAP Support & Special Projects QUALIFICATION:

• Any commerce or finance graduate
• Optional:
• Intermediate C.A./ Intermediate CMA/
• MBA Finance EXPERIENCE:
• Strong domain knowledge in finance, costing, GST, TDS & TCS knowledge
• Excellent Knowledge of SAP – FICO both ECC & S4H
• Must have at least 3 to 4 years of end to end SAP FICO implementation experience
• Knowledge of project management including coordinating, organizing, planning and scheduling, communicating, documentation, monitoring business practice, processes and scenarios
• Must have strong oral, written, and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of SAP Best practices KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
