Job summary

HomeKraft Infra is seeking an SAP specialist to manage day-to-day SAP operations and drive incident resolution, change requests, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• SAP Operations & Support: Manage the day-to-day operations and support of SAP applications across the organization.
• SAP Operations & Support: Ensure timely resolution of SAP incidents, service requests, and business issues.
• SAP Operations & Support: Monitor open issues, prioritize critical requirements, and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
• SAP Operations & Support: Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, ABAP developers, BASIS teams, and external implementation partners.
• SAP Operations & Support: Manage SAP application support, enhancements, change requests, testing, and production deployments.
• SAP Operations & Support: Ensure proper documentation of business processes, configurations, functional specifications, and change requests.
• SAP Rollout & Project Management: Manage and coordinate SAP rollout, implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• SAP Rollout & Project Management: Prepare project plans, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• SAP Rollout & Project Management: Coordinate requirement gathering, solution design, development, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.
• SAP Rollout & Project Management: Work closely with business teams to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
• SAP Rollout & Project Management: Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to IT and business management.
• SAP Rollout & Project Management: Coordinate with implementation partners and ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Operations & Support
