Job summary

Tech Mahindra Bengaluru is seeking an accomplished middleware/SAP leader to drive end-to-end integration projects. You will mentor a 20-person team, oversee SAP PO/CPI and IBM middleware initiatives, and guide ABAP development, Fiori apps, and SAP Portal solutions.

Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience are essential to translate business needs into technical architectures. With 10+ years in middleware and SAP tech and at least 5 years in leadership, you will shape delivery,

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware platforms.
• ABAP development, Fiori apps, and SAP Portal administration.
• Proven leadership of large technical teams (15-20 associates).
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple integration and application projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in enterprise landscapes.
• 10+ years in middleware and SAP technologies.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications in SAP CPI/PO, IBM middleware, or related platforms preferred.

Responsibilities
