Job summary

Dodla Dairy in Hyderabad seeks an SAP-focused IT professional to ensure SAP landscape availability, access control, backups, and smooth day-to-day operations. You will coordinate with cloud and internal IT teams to uphold SAP security and project delivery, serving as a key POC for SAP users and infrastructure concerns.

The role involves supporting integrations, upgrades, migrations, incident handling, and automation initiatives within SAP, while aligning with SOPs and IT policies.

Qualifications

• Responsible for availability of SAP landscape servers, including connectivity, coordination with cloud partner and internal IT/Network & Security team.
• Responsible for SAP users access management as per defined SOPs.
• Responsible for ensuring backups, DR sync, conduct of mock drills in SAP domain as per defined policies/SOPs.
• Responsible for tickets resolution under SAP category as per IT Helpdesk SLAs.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth flow of day-to-day SAP operations by coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Ensures effective collaboration and communication with all the department CTMs/SMEs to understand user access needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assists reporting manager while handling SAP projects, includes integrations, upgrades, migrations, and new developments.
• Assists reporting manager in management of SAP Infra incidents, and implementation of corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Assists reporting manager in implementation and management of RPA/automation processes, and managing Analytics solution in SAP domain.
• Assists reporting manager in effectively managing vendor services, including support partner and cloud partner; contributes for quality analysis of vendors.
• Assists reporting manager in fulfilling all documentation & reporting requirements as needed by the organisation.
• Assists reporting manager in efficient implementation of the information security management system/audits, safeguarding SAP data and processes.
• Acts as 2nd Point of Contact (POC) for Head-IT and 1st POC for SAP team for ERP-BASIS and connectivity related matters.
• Acts as primary technical POC for reporting manager and SAP Team for all SAP user access management related issues. Also PoC for all SAP users.
• Steps in to handle certain crucial tasks in the absence of Manager - ERP, subject to the direction of Head-IT.
• Should take up any activity / task as advised by the reporting manager/Head-IT

Responsibilities

• Ensure SAP landscape servers are available and accessible, coordinating with cloud partner and internal IT teams.

• Oversee backups, disaster recovery, and mock drills within SAP domain.
• Resolve SAP incidents per IT Helpdesk SLAs and track progress.
• Coordinate day-to-day SAP operations with stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows.
• Collaborate with CTMs/SMEs to understand user access needs and deliver solutions.
• Support SAP projects including integrations, upgrades, migrations, and new developments.
• Assist in SAP infra incident management and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with RPAs/automation and analytics solutions in SAP domain.
• Engage vendors and cloud partners, ensuring quality of services.
• Fulfill documentation and reporting requirements.
• Support information security management and SAP audits.
• Serve as 2nd/1st POC for ERP-BASIS and SAP team on connectivity and access issues.
• Act as primary technical POC for access management and SAP user issues.
• Fill in during absence of ERP manager as directed by Head-IT.
• Take on tasks as advised by reporting manager/Head-IT
